Mike Driscoll started in the Life Insurance business in 1990, and held various sales and management positions with BISYS before starting his own life brokerage marketing agency in 2004. Mike founded Coastal Insurance Consulting with Brendon Healy in 2013. He lives in West Chester, Pennsylvania with his wife Joanne and five kids. Mike is active in coaching youth sports and playing golf.
Brendon Healy
Brendon Healy attended West Chester University and graduated in 2006. Shortly after graduating Brendon started in the Brokerage Life Insurance business and has been in the industry ever since. His primary focus is to help agents grow their practice by providing the service and ideas necessary to ensure they are administering the best available solutions to their clients. Brendon currently resides in West Chester, Pennsylvania with his wife Amelia, their son Aidan and daughter Aubrey.
Michele Fisher
Michele has had the opportunity to work in the financial services and insurance industry for more than 20 years. She has served in a variety of roles including internal sales management, training and development, project administration, business development, and a retail financial advisor. Michele holds a B.S. degree in Speech Communication and Public Relations with a minor in Psychology from Millersville University of Pennsylvania. She holds her PA Insurance Licenses as well as FINRA series 6, 63, and 26. Michele lives in Chester County with her husband Andy, two children, Andrew and Madison and two labrador retrievers, Molly and Maya. In their free time, Michele and her husband enjoy attending Andrew’s college baseball games and Madison’s equestrian events.

Austin Maniscalco is a graduate of the Risk Management & Insurance program at Temple University\’s Fox School of Business. Austin joined Coastal Insurance Consulting in 2015 as the company’s first intern, and now operates as a full-time brokerage manager. Austin is an Eagle Scout, drummer, and Philadelphia sports fan.

Frankie McVeigh

Frankie McVeigh joined Coastal Insurance Consulting as our newest Case Design Specialist in September 2020. He graduated from St. Joseph’s University with a degree in Marketing and a minor in Risk Management and Insurance. His previous industry experience includes working with as an insurance consulting intern. Frankie is an avid golfer, ice hockey player and coach. He has caddied at Llanerch Country Club for 10 years, served as captain of his college ice hockey club team and volunteers as an ice hockey coach.
Rose D’Alesandro
Rose joined Coastal Insurance Consulting in April 2017. She has been involved in the various aspects of the Insurance business for over 30 years. Some of this time had been with reinsurance and with an insurance software company. However, the majority of this time has been in the Life Brokerage business in all areas of operations. She enjoys spending time with her husband. They live in Delaware County, PA; where they raised six children.
Kieran Cannon
Kieran Cannon joined Coastal Insurance Consulting when it opened in November, 2013. Previous to that, Kieran worked with in the Life Brokerage arena in back room administrative operations for 30 + years, serving all aspects of Life business. Kieran is a graduate of Peirce College in Philadelphia, with a degree in Business Management. Kieran resides in suburban Philadelphia area and enjoys thoroughbred horse racing, Major League Soccer, and live-traditional Irish music.
Tom O’Keefe
Tom O’Keefe has been with CIC since January 2015. Tom is one of our case managers assisting with new business administration and backroom processing of life insurance and annuities. Tom is an avid New York Ranger and Yankee fan.
Christine Weindel
Christine Weindel joined Coastal Insurance Consulting in January 2017. She has been in the Life Brokerage business for 20 years working in new business administration. Christine is a graduate of West Chester University and when she is not working, she loves cooking and spending time with her family. She resides in West Chester with her husband Curt and their daughter Giuliana and twins, William and Rosa.
Susan Dougherty
Susan Dougherty has been with CIC since April 2015 as our dedicated in-house Contracting and Commissions Specialist. Susan is a former Chemist and a graduate of Neumann College. Susan lives in West Chester, Pennsylvania with her husband Mike and their three sons.
Eric Driscoll
Eric Driscoll started with Coastal in March of 2020 as a team case manager. He is a former United States Marine combat engineer and served from 2015 to 2019. He played baseball at Gordon College in Wenhem, Massachusetts and is a devoted fan of all Philadelphia sports teams.
