Three steps to guide you through our electronic submission and delivery process:

eApp and eSignature – electronic applications are submitted from our home page – Forms > Basic Search > Specify Company/Service Type/State/Product Type/Product Name/Select ‘iGO e-App’/Hit Search > Case Information page (prior to beginning App) > Click ‘Application’ > All highlighted fields are required to be “in-good-order” > Follow steps for eSignature process, where available.

NOTE:  If you are submitting paperwork, rather than using eApp, email or fax this paperwork to Coastal at 215.494.3655.  Send checks directly to the insurance carrier, with a copy of the check to Coastal.
